I purchased a course and was provided a code, in order to access the course. I used the code and within 24 hours requested a refund. The course material was nonexistent and very poor.
They are using a clause that says if you use the code then you waiver your rights to a refund within 14 days. This seems very underhand, as it isn’t obvious when you enter the code.
I would advise to avoid this company. The customer service is shocking and contacting them to speak to someone in person is extremely difficult.
