"My testimony:

Hello! My name is Eliezer Santana. I’m a Spanish man who moved to Wales back in 2020. Years ago I decided to switch careers from translation to IT. After some research, I found about Career Wales and applied for a PLA. My application was successful, and so I started the CompTIA A+ course with E-careers, as it was the recommended starting point for a career in IT.

I had been using computers since I was a kid, did my own troubleshooting, and had even built a PC before. I started the course pretty confident in my ability. But I must admit, it was tough regardless. The A+ course covers a wide range of topics, so much so that it is divided in 2 exams. It took me months of intense studying to feel prepared. However, it is a great foundational course. After passing this exam, I went on to take on CompTIA Network+. While it was still difficult in its own right, I found that the skills and knowledge I acquired in A+ made studying for this one much easier. There is quite a bit of overlap in many topics, so I recommended taking these exams as close together as possible. There are also new topics and some are covered more in-depth, but the foundational knowledge from A+ will help you grasp these new concepts quicker.

During my process, I needed assistance many times. The programs designed by e-careers will have you fully covered, you will have access to all the tools you need to feel confident and succeed. The course contents are delivered via CertMaster Learn and Labs. These two platforms have all the resources needed for the exam, with Learn being the text-based material and the Labs used for hands-on practice. You will also be assigned a tutor, and for the first week you will have an online class with them.

The online platforms are easy to navigate, packed with features, and there is also content that goes beyond the scope of what is purely needed for the exam, but that you will need when you work as a professional. The tutors are also excellent: they are friendly, approachable and true experts in their field, making the classes fun while delivering a wealth of knowledge. Lastly, the support team of e-careers deliver perfect customer service. They always respond promptly, and really want to see you succeed. If you ever have any issues with the course, reach out to them. They really have your back.

Today, I have two of the most important certifications on the IT field under my belt, and I am now working towards passing the CCNA exam. And that, in no small part, is thanks to Careers Wales and E-careers. They do a great, very important service: providing people what they need to achieve their career goals, and they really set you up for success. I cannot recommend them enough. I sincerely give my thanks to their amazing teams.

Kind regards,
Eliezer Santana."
"My name is Vinicencia “Cencia” Maduleme, and I’m currently based in Swansea, UK. I have a professional background in customer service, project coordination support, and mental health care. I’m also certified in PRINCE2 Foundation and Scrum Master, and I’m now building my credentials toward process optimisation and strategic project delivery.

At present, I work in a dynamic support role while preparing for a transition into Civil Service and quality assurance-related project management roles. My long-term goal is to specialise in operational risk, quality control, and strategic delivery frameworks.

I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course to deepen my understanding of process improvement, data-driven problem solving, and eliminating inefficiencies in organisational workflows. I aim to move into a Portfolio or Programme Officer role and knew that Lean Six Sigma would give me both credibility and practical knowledge to get there.

I chose e-Careers because of its structured, self-paced model, its reputation for high-quality content delivery, and the support it offers even after the course ends. The fact that PLA certification is aligned with CEPAS and ProctorU added another layer of credibility and trust.

The course was challenging in the best way possible. It stretched my mind, especially when it came to understanding metrics, waste categorisation, and the DMAIC framework. I appreciated the clean structure, real-world examples, and logical progression from foundational concepts to applied tools.

Every interaction with the e-Careers team was smooth, respectful, and empowering. The support was timely, and the tone was always encouraging. My Success Coach, Vishal, truly made me feel seen and celebrated — not just as a student, but as a professional rebuilding with intention.

The course platform was easy to navigate and mobile-friendly — which made it possible for me to revise during breaks at work or while commuting. The downloadable resources and recap sections were especially helpful.

Absolutely. e-Careers is more than a course provider — they’re a partner in your professional development. Whether you’re trying to break into project management or upscale your quality assurance skills, they’ll meet you where you are and push you to where you need to be. "

Really, thanks a lot for being so polite and supportive — it genuinely means a lot."
"My course name is CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma In People Management and my name is Folake Owoade. I'm a British Nigerian with a first Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos Nigeria (2006) and a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and Personnel Management from the University of Leicester United Kingdom (2012).
I have worked in a variety of sectors I worked in the Education, Civil Service, Aviation ,Hospitality, fashion, HR consulting firm and then I set up my own HR practice where the focus was on recruitment for SMEs and organizational restructuring. I currently work with London Architectural Works as the Principal Administrative officer/Marketing Executive married with two children while also studying for my Associate Diploma in People Management CIPD Level 5 also looking to get a purely HR role that I can do hone my skills in HR skills.
I chose to do my CIPD level 5 because I wanted an insight into the HR in United Kingdom which only a professional course can provide. I have only ever practiced HR in Nigeria even though I have Master in HR from the United Kingdom I feel its theoretical I want a more practical knowledge that only a professional certification can provide. I also hope that once I get certified I will be better equipped to get an HR position which will be commensurate with my experience and qualification.

I had made enquiries with two other CIPD learning providers but E-careers customer service was more practical and endearing. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and didn't make any unrealistic promises like one of the others did. Also their customer support team are always on hand every time I have called and my queries dealt with satisfactorily I was particularly happy with their Head of Operations for customer Services Mr Jibok Wright he has been quite understanding and taking into account my personal circumstances and providing the necessary support .
I would readily recommend e-Careers as a training provider as I have been very satistsfied with them thus far."
