“Very confusing set up, text books do not match unit titles on portal so very difficult to work out where you are up to when studying using different metrologies but Customer Support staff always happy to help and guide
Would suggest an ‘Idiots Guide’ or summary with a How to step by step of what a new student needs to do as it is all confusing; 2 x e-careers portals and AAT log in
Also doesn’t feel like a personal approach, it’s a course for mass interaction”
“I have been associated with e-Careers from past 1 years, and I couldn't thank much to them for supporting through my journey. The tutors, customer support team and specially Piyush they have been really helpful to me. Once again thank you! e-Careers for helping with my AAT certificate.”
“Vishal, my work coach once again has supported me, this time in navigating the process of applying for an extension, due to SL. I would have been so disappointed if I was unable to do this. Thank you e-careers!”

“I have successfully completed two courses: the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, which I achieved with distinction in June 2024, and the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, also with distinction in January 2025. Currently, I am studying for the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting to further enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. I am honored to have been shortlisted for the AAT Student of the Year Award 2025, which has motivated me to continue striving for excellence in my studies and career development.
My professional journey began with a degree in Criminology and Sociology, which led to a 12-year career in the charity sector. My work primarily focused on inclusion and supporting individuals with learning disabilities. During this time, I gained significant experience in project and service management, as well as operations, which deepened my passion for making a positive impact. These experiences have been invaluable in shaping my career aspirations and personal growth.
Currently, I work in Operations and Finance within the charity sector. My responsibilities include collaborating with external accountants to manage organisational accounts and taking a leading role in budgeting processes. Alongside my professional commitments, I am pursuing the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting to expand my expertise in finance and prepare for a more specialised role in the future. After being made redundant in a previous role, I had an opportunity to reflect on my career path and identify what I truly enjoyed. I realised that I found budgeting and finance to be particularly rewarding, which inspired me to formalise my skills through professional qualifications. My ultimate goal is to transition into a more specialised finance role and continue advancing in this area.
In choosing e-Careers as my training provider, I conducted extensive research to find an online platform that balanced flexibility, quality, and affordability. E-Careers stood out for its excellent reviews and competitive pricing. The fact that my tutor, Karen, won AAT Tutor of the Year in 2024 reassured me that I made the right choice. My learning journey with e-Careers has been positive. I appreciate the flexibility of choosing between live sessions and recorded ones, which allows me to tailor my studies around my schedule. Karen has been an exceptional tutor, demonstrating both deep knowledge and genuine care for her students’ success. Her quick responses and encouragement to ask questions, no matter how simple, have been invaluable. She is patient, thorough, and committed to ensuring that every student fully understands the material.
The live sessions, especially the exam preparation classes, have been a particular highlight. Although I often rely on recorded sessions to fit my schedule, the live exam prep sessions have significantly boosted my confidence. One session even motivated me to book my first AAT Level 2 exam, setting the momentum for my learning journey. Pre-scheduling all my exams in advance has also helped me stay motivated and on track.
The customer support team has been equally impressive. They respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently, making the overall experience smooth and stress-free. The e-Careers platform complements the live sessions by providing a diverse range of materials beyond the Kaplan and AAT resources, further enhancing the learning experience.
I would recommend e-Careers as a training provider. Their flexible, high-quality, and student-focused approach makes them an excellent choice for anyone looking to pursue professional qualifications in accounting.”
“I have completed five courses through e-Careers, funded by the Personal Learning Account. These courses were a lifeline after a serious accident, which made it essential for me to shift my career and begin rebuilding my life. The online delivery format allowed me to prepare thoroughly for the exams without compromising other commitments or incurring additional costs. Crucially, the flexibility and accessibility of online and hybrid learning made it possible for me to participate—something especially important for people with mobility challenges or caring responsibilities.
Vishal, who coordinated the course for me and ensured I had everything I needed, was one of my greatest allies throughout the process.
I have now enrolled in my sixth course, AWS, starting in July. The enrolment process was smooth: after submitting the required form, I received my voucher within five minutes. This efficiency helped reduce the stress that often comes with delays and uncertainty.”
“My name is Meva Gill and I am currently studying towards the CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 in Mortgage Advice. I am 22 years old and I have experience in Business Management however I am on a hiatus as I am looking for a career switch hence why I’m now studying the CeMAP mortgage advice course. I am hoping to compete this course and then go on to work within the mortgage brokerage industry providing top mortgage advice to customers and helping them get a step closer to buying their dream home. I chose E-careers as it was the best option of me at the time as they give you an opportunity to learn at your own pace and have access to the course 24/7. I would recommend E-careers as a platform to anyone who needs the option to learn at their own pace and anyone who is looking for a easy way to study as not only do they provide 24/7 access they also provide you with an unbelievable customer service. Whenever I have had any concerns I just contact my tutor and he always responds within 24 hours it’s brilliant. If you’re looking to study CeMAP mortgage advice I would highly recommend using E-careers.”
“I began my HR career working in recruitment before transitioning into an HR Administrator role, whilst studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice; this entry-level qualification alongside my work set me up for an exciting career. After moving on from an In-House People function, I moved across to a small HR Consultancy into the role of HR Officer, where I had exposure to a variety of clients and industries. Based on the hands-on experience that I gained as HR Officer, I was then promoted to HR Consultant, whereby I now manage a range of clients independently, with support from my own HR Administrator.
In my personal life, I live in the beautiful South Hams in Devon with my husband, 6-year-old son and two cats, and I am excited to be expecting another baby very soon.
I work as HR Consultant for an HR Consultancy based in Devon. I currently manage 11 retained clients as well as ad-hoc projects. I look after a variety of sectors, including some charities, a PR agency, estate agents and a portfolio of boutique hotel properties. I love that every day is different, and each client brings its own set of challenges and rewards.
I often suffer from imposter syndrome because I never went to University and most of my knowledge and skills has been learnt through my professional and personal experiences (as well as excellent coaching mentors), so I decided that the next step for me was to embark on a new course to solidify what I already know and elevate my HR career within my existing Company.
When I started the course, I specifically wanted to find a flexible training provider that would enable me to manage my studies alongside my busy life as a working mum. Many courses are rigid with their approach with fixed course dates and deadlines, but e-Careers stood out due to being able to set my own schedules and being able to work through the course at my own pace to fit in with work and family life.
It has been great to log on to the training platform at my own convenience, managing my own study schedule and working through each unit when it feels right for me. I have been able to watch back webinars even if I haven’t been able to attend at the time they are live and have been able to ask my tutor questions for anything that I am not sure of.
Getting in touch with both customer support and my tutor are both very accessible as you can access most things through your individual course log-in; everything is in one place which makes it really easy to use.
e-Careers is a great option for anyone who is looking for a flexible approach to their studies, particularly for people like me who have a busy work and home life to juggle at the same time!
Jibok has been an incredible help over recent weeks.”
“Jibok helped me to understand about services that are available to me. and everytime he calls I get better clarification on what needs to be done on my end Thank you Jibok.”
“I have enjoyed the courses. The tutors were knowledgeable and engaging with their real life examples. The groups weren't too big. I really appreciate the success coaches, who have always been on hand to help with course admin.”
