I currently work with London Architectural Works as the Principal Administrative officer/Marketing Executive married with two children while also studying for my Associate Diploma in People Management CIPD Level 5 also looking to get a purely HR role that I can do hone my skills in HR skills.
I chose to do my CIPD level 5 because I wanted an insight into the HR in United Kingdom which only a professional course can provide. I have only ever practiced HR in Nigeria even though I have Master in HR from the United Kingdom I feel its theoretical I want a more practical knowledge that only a professional certification can provide. I also hope that once I get certified I will be better equipped to get an HR position which will be commensurate with my experience and qualification.
I had made enquiries with two other CIPD learning providers but E-careers customer service was more practical and endearing. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and didn't make any unrealistic promises like one of the others did. Also their customer support team are always on hand every time I have called and my queries dealt with satisfactorily I was particularly happy with their Head of Operations for customer Services Mr Jibok Wright he has been quite understanding and taking into account my personal circumstances and providing the necessary support .
I would readily recommend e-Careers as a training provider as I have been very satistsfied with them thus far.”

“Frustrating Experience – Repeated Delays and Still No Refund for Data Analysis Level 3
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel I need to warn others about my experience with e-Careers and their Data Analysis Level 3 course.
I enrolled in the course, which was originally due to start on 1st February 2024. It was then delayed to 8th February, then 15th March, and after that, no clear start date at all. Despite these ongoing delays, they kept advertising the course as if it were running normally, which felt misleading.
I paid a deposit directly to e-Careers, and made four monthly installment payments through a third-party lender. When the course didn’t go ahead, the lender told me that e-Careers had refunded them only the remaining balance — but I have still not received a refund for the money I already paid (the deposit and the installments I had already covered).
e-Careers told me my deposit would be refunded within 5–7 working days, and that deadline is today. I’m now being told there are issues with their portal or that their accounts team is still dealing with it — but no one is giving a clear answer or timeline.
What’s most frustrating is that I paid everything on time, yet now that I’m owed money, I’m met with silence and delays. If I had been late on a payment, I know I’d have been chased immediately.
I rearranged my life around this course and passed up other free or promising opportunities to commit to this — and I’ve been left with no course, no refund, and no accountability.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend e-Careers or their Data Analysis Level 3 course. Be extremely cautious before enrolling or making any payments.”
