I have completed five courses through e-Careers, funded by the Personal Learning Account. These courses were a lifeline after a serious accident, which made it essential for me to shift my career and begin rebuilding my life. The online delivery format allowed me to prepare thoroughly for the exams without compromising other commitments or incurring additional costs. Crucially, the flexibility and accessibility of online and hybrid learning made it possible for me to participate—something especially important for people with mobility challenges or caring responsibilities. Vishal, who coordinated the course for me and ensured I had everything I needed, was one of my greatest allies throughout the process. I have now enrolled in my sixth course, AWS, starting in July.
