Very confusing set up, text books do not match unit titles on portal so very difficult to work out where you are up to when studying using different metrologies but Customer Support staff always happy to help and guide
Would suggest an ‘Idiots Guide’ or summary with a How to step by step of what a new student needs to do as it is all confusing; 2 x e-careers portals and AAT log in
Also doesn’t feel like a personal approach, it’s a course for mass interaction
