I have ordered quite a few items from Eagle, All were delivered quickly and well-packed. When an item was not immediately available I was informed by phone and given an approximate date and the option to cancel. When I had ordered an incorrect part, my fault, a refund was given quickly and without a problem. I would thoroughly recommend Eagle Music to anyone.
