I purchased one of the Tanglewood mandolin starter packs that I'm very pleased with and the mandolin came well set up. I asked several questions by email before purchasing and had very quick responses and some excellent advice on what to buy. Definitely shows the benefit of ordering from a proper music shop rather than an anonymous online warehouse!
