Very good customer service. Eagle Music didn't have the item I ordered in stock at the time, but rang me the next day to explain and discuss options. I opted to wait until the item was in stock as I didn't need it for a few weeks, but it was subsequently delivered in good time (as I had been assured it would). The delivered item was correct, and i am very pleased with it. Would buy from Eagle Music again.
