I am a long time mainly satisfied customer having visited the shop several times over the years. My big purchase was a Phil Davidson "birds eye" mandolin in 2014. I still play it today and get many nice comments about it's sound quality. I took it back to Phil Davidson some time ago for a part re-fret. Extremely happy with the on-line service and sales. Several years ago, my music buddy bust the "vellum"? on his Gibson Mastertone G banjo. He called round, well distraught, early one morning. We went on the Eagle website, paid for a replacement which arrived the following day. He was well chuffed.
