I rented a car through Economybookings.com. On returning the car, to the rental company, I discovered a small crack in the rear left light and although I opted for Full Cover with No Excess, the rental company asked me to pay for the damage, Euro 619.50 ( yes Euro 619.50 - which I found to be way too expensive for the light, but I still paid) and they asked me to claim the refund from Economybookings.com, as this was the procedure. So, I did and claimed for reimbursement with Economybookings.com. Although in the email I received when I submitted the claim stated that I receive a reply about my case in 5 to 25 days, 50 days have passed I in spite of sending them several emails, I am still waiting in hope they refund me. This is not a way to conduct a business. I will definitely look elsewhere and avoid Economybookings.com
