Rented the car in UK with full insurance and returned on 20 March 2024. That fishy company charged every single hard to notice scratches and said as they are in different part of the car, they charge total of 1800 GBP. I submitted all the documents to company for insurance claim. No replies after 2 months and unable to contact them with phones at all.
The only human will answer is when you are trying to book for a new booking. I told him about my issue and he said it is not a new booking so he hanged up my phone! This company is a scam.
