Had a terrible service cos my flight was delayed, called the car rental company and told them I would collect my car the next day. Arrived the next day and they said it was cancelled and was charged the full amount and I was not able to get my booking and had to book again. Economy bookings said I could not get a refund. Pathetic customer service over something I could not prevent. I’ll be raising a chargeback with my credit card company and be taking this further
