From reading others experiences, I wish all car agencies stop dealing with this site. This is a scam. I have rented a car Booking# B51486969 from them end of July. However when came to collect the car, I have been on the watchlist of that company car and since it was on weekend, their offices were closed. The staff at that car clearly informed me that they will mark this booking as down not cancelled, so I can get a full refund as showing them the error from their side. I have been contacting this scam economy group since July, despite the late in their replies, they are refusing to give me my money although none of the NO SHOWS terms applied to my situation. Stay away from this website if you are looking for a happy travel.
