Scam of a company. The total I was shown was $40 cheaper than what they charged me when I clicked submit. Then, they wouldn’t refund the extra $10 or so charge for the last minute cancellation service—that I didn’t even know was on the booking.
Very sneaky business. Would never try to use them after this shady situation.
Customer service is also useless. Told me to email about the refund. The email I received was a generic script.
