Horrible service picking up the car. There were no cars available so there were many angry customers. The one girl helping was extremely rude on top of it. I took a smaller car than I initially paid for in the end. Got home and was charged an additional $116 for collision insurance that I never agreed to but somehow ended up on the final receipt. To get an answer that they will not refund me has taken 3 weeks!
I will never EVER book with this shady company again.
