My flight was delayed and I called economy bookings, was transferred to the local pick up and notified them of the delay. Imagine how frustrating it was when I arrived at the pick up location and they had given my rental car away, saying I hadn’t arrived on time. I’m not sure what else I could have done; provided my flight number in booking, called when delayed, was left with no rental car upon arrival. Had to call and $150 uber and didn’t have a rental car for the weekend. Better yet I haven’t been reimbursed.
