It isn't a 5 star because I did not like the options for special car provider. I want to be able to see who I am renting from. In additional, I was using my credit balance so it appeared that I had to filter my criteria to find pay in full options in order to use it and with that said that is the reason I only had options for special car provider. But overall I have had a pretty decent experience with economy bookings and I have used them several times.
