It didn’t, I must have put in my details 4 or 5 times, each time I got to the payment page something had been deleted. Why do you need to know the flight number? It’s not relevant to hiring a car? Having just entered my phone number and country code, you already had the details but you then asked the country I’m coming from, but you have the flight number??????
