Recently ordered (100ml) item but received a 60ml bottle instead. After unknowingly opening it, they would offer to refund $2. I stated I would rather accept an additional 30ml bottle and cut my loses, but received a very rude response changing their refund offer to $.87... WTF?!
I suggest to stay away from this company. They are very rude and refused to cooperate.
