Don’t buy here!if I can rate their Customer service, I’ll rate them -0 Before I place an order I contacted them September 3,2020 to make sure that all the juice I want are freshly made or at least new batches. They replied to my email September 4 “I'm sure they are new batches but I don't have exact dates.” So I thought okay they are new because of their confirmation. I went ahead and bought them after the confirmation (September 4,2020) September 8,2020 this was my exact words with them. “When can you ship? Also make sure it’s all new batches please! I can’t have any old juices as it itches my throat.. thank you” I patiently waited for long time for them to ship it. So finally SEPTEMBER 15 I got the juices And I was so disappointed after I opened because I saw dark colored liquid .. that’s the first indication that they were old juice! I gave it a try and it’s all bad already. I emailed them and asking that I will return and get my money back.. this was their exact email. “Hello, Thank you so much for contacting Ejuice Vapor. We will not accept any returns on this order unless the bottles are closed. We told you we weren't sure when the batches were done but they are good batches. We do not make the juice, we distribute it, so we do not have "freshly" made juice. We get new shipments of juice when we are running low. You can contact the manufacturer for more information.” So I sent them the screenshot of their email to me confirming that they are sure that all the e liquids are new batches. Then they Emailed me again with new statement Hello, Thank you so much for contacting Ejuice Vapor. I did not guarantee that they were fresh batches. I said that I was sure there were new batches that we got because they are. When we run low on juice we place an order and the manufacturer sends us what they have and that's the batches we have. The manufacturer could have batches made two months prior to us ordering or batches that were done a week prior to us placing our order they will send what they have. We told you we were sure they were new batches because they are and we told you that we did not have exact dates and you agreed to being fine not knowing the exact born date. Know because they are to your standard you are demanding a refund, we will not issue any refund. There is nothing wrong with the juices. You can not expect a juice to be Freshly made unless you purchase it directly from the manufacturer. Thank You, EJuice Vapor I just don’t get it!! They’re twisting all the things that they said! They probably think I’m stupid! What’s the sense of me emailing them about my concern before and after I bought the EJuice. They confirmed that the EJuice’s are new batches! Good lord!! They just want to make money !!DONT BUY HERE!!! All the people here that wants to complain about this company .. complain also in BBB
