First order from EJuice vapor had the wrong flavor juice. Instead of shipping out the replacement when notified they said they wouldn’t ship it out until they had confirmation that I sent back the wrong juice.
A few orders after that, I received a shipment missing three bottles of juice with the postal service taping a hole in the package and stamping “received in damaged condition”. When I let them know about this they asked for pictures and order slip as confirmation, after I sent what they asked for they sent me one of the three bottles. I emailed them to let them know and they didn’t respond for three weeks and replied stating that a shipment had arrived today with confirmation number. I looked up the confirmation number and that was from the previous shipment of one bottle two months prior. I again responded asking to just get refunded because I didn’t want to give them my business anymore after all of these horrible experiences. They haven’t responded since, that was six weeks ago...
