El Dorado customer service needs to be trained. They never apologize for anything. They never show care or concern for the customer. They don’t care if you have a complaint. They don’t care if you contact their corporate office. They don’t care if you talk to their CEO. I ordered a 6 piece bedroom furniture set. It took 5 deliveries to get the order completed due to damages. After the 2nd delivery I asked to speak to the manager. They had someone else call and he was not the manager. After the 3rd delivery I finally spoke to a manager named Alex who gave me an empty promise of a store credit. I called a few times and asked for the salesperson Louis and he called one time. No one except for the manager apologized and promised to send a store credit which he never followed through with. Save yourself the aggravation and buy somewhere else!
