I recently purchased a leather sectional from the store in Wesley Chapel Fl. Juanita was my sales person and I was pleased with her. Item was delivered within 3days and I had to exchange 4 pieces. I don't like the return policy as I should be able to be refunded if same day delivered had issues( seat areas looked as if sofa was aged after sitting).
The manager Alex approved the exchange and agreed to discuss issues if i had further problems. I won't be using furniture for 30 days as I'm out of town. But I love my sectional and hopefully won't have issues.
