Do not use this company — it is a scam. I was charged over $2,400 in interest for a deferred interest plan due to a late payment of just $245 — the final installment. I had not missed a single payment throughout the entire 2-year period. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the deadline by one month, and as a result, I was charged interest for the full 2 years at the highest rate. This turned what was supposed to be an interest-free purchase into an extra $2,400 on top of my original $4,700 purchase. I contacted their credit card service to request forgiveness or reconsideration, but they said it was non-negotiable. This feels like a trap designed to catch people with one small mistake. I will never use this service and will advise my family and friends away from this credit card company.
