My Family and I have been customers since 1968. I will never buy from you again, have spent tens of thousands throughout the yrs, only to be denied the right to exchange a stain chair that was caused by the delivery people by putting back the nylon bag inside out on the chair. The bags are numbered 1-6 marked with blue sharpie, it bled thru staining one white leather chair they totally refused to exchange claiming they have pictures, obviously taken after before the bags were put back on. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT THEY'RE ALWAYS THE CUSTOMERS. ONE WHICH WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN.
