ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an expensive love seat recliner. When one section of the love seat broke because it was defective, I requested a new piece. That's when I found out I made a huge mistake buying from El Dorado. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I spoke with a Karla and a Kathie and both sent repair people out to my home to repair it. I wanted a new piece, as seeing I purchased it less than 6 months prior. Both repair men said I needed a new piece. El Dorado has been fighting tooth and nail, and making me wait on a repair rather than just replace it. My back is suffering.
