This company is a scam. They delivered damaged goods, they were late on everything. Every promise broken and the reps are rude. I’ve contacted Dimplex and am considering hiring an attorney. They’re a complete scam. They don’t help. They don’t stand behind their policies. They will just take your money. If you’re looking to burn money or get scammed give them a try. If you’re looking for a good experience, look elsewhere.
