“We ordered a set of Dimplex logs and needed them quick for a str cabin in TN, Electric Fireplaces Plus was amazing we ordered it on Wednesdayand it was shipped out the same day and we received it on Friday in time to install while we were at the cabin. I can't say enough about the service we received and would order again”

“From ordering to receiving the fireplace, the experience was a smooth and stressfree experience! I have recevied, but not yet installed the fireplace, as we are building and are not ready for the installation yet. I purchased the fireplace early due to the great promotional deal at the time! I did a lot of research, and Electric Fireplaces Plus had the best price by far! Emails and phone calls were both responded to quickly! The delivery was a very pleasant experince, which is somtimes hard to come by these days! I received a call from the delivery driver an hour before delivery, and the fireplace was packaged on a pallet and shrink wrap with no sign of any kind of blemish....how often does that happen these days?!! As long as the fireplace works as expected, this was definitely a 5-star experience!!”

“We are very happy with our electric fireplace. It arrived very quickly and it is the perfect size for our small space. The fireplace has options on the remote which are easy to explore and set. We ordered it to sit on our porch here in Maine and will easily make that part of the porch more usable in cooler weather.”

“I’m very pleased with my new Touchstone electric fireplace! The product is an elegant addition to our great room. The flame colors are so realistic and very calming. I had to replace my broken electric fireplace and I’m very glad that I found this company. The fireplace came in three days and everything was as described on line. The remote control and WiFi feature is an amazing touch. Thank you for such a positive experience.”
