“It was easy to shop for an electric fireplace at Electric Fireplaces Plus. I had a few questions and the company responded promptly. There was a mix up on delivery from their shipper TForce Freight Shipping as the product was to be delivered on a certain day but got delayed by a week but delivered without damage. I have yet to install the fireplace as it is going into a new build that is a couple months away from ready for the install. Overall, pleased with Electric Fireplace Plus.”

“Very pleased with customer service. They respond quickly and communicate well. I think most questions were answered the same day. Shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, but was over the holidays. Once I got shipping notification, the unit arrived in a couple of days.”

“Ordered over the weekend before Thanksgiving. Arrived on Black Friday. That is super fast during the week of Thanksgiving. Everything was as I expected. If you’re not looking directly at the light reflection just to want to argue that it’s not a real flame, it’s the same effect as a real flame. Heater is nice touch. It looks really great and I’m very satisfied. They also had a Black Friday sale the week I bought it, so my long home improvement project paid off in savings on this unit.”

“We had been looking for a few months for the modern flames orion 36 traditional in our price range. Electric fireplaces plus had a good price, much better than local retail. The reviews were right on. Fast shipping, good communication. They had forgot to ship out the trim and immediately sent it out and it arrived before I was ready to install. The unit had a small problem in that some debris had gotten between the LCD screen and back glass. They contacted the company and myself to make sure it was resolved. The company sent an email with a detailed video on how to remove the glass (and anything else you might want to access). It was a little time consuming to remove the debris but both the company and electric fireplaces plus helped to resolve the issue for someone as handy as myself. Overall I would recommend this company. Good communication, good prices, and good customer service. Fireplace does not burn wrapping paper:)”

“I have been looking at the Dimplex Ignite XL for about a year. When I got really serious about my purchase, I did a deep dive into pricing and availability. Electric Fireplaces Plus had the best pricing and shipped immediately. My fireplace arrived within a couple of days, in perfect condition. I bought this unit because of the function and reputation of the design and the brand. We are currently building out a floor to cieling box so that we can recess the unit into the wall so that it appears even deeper. The heating feature was very attractive, and frankly, the lack of smart features was very appealing. The last thing we wanted were more signals in our home, and the techie stuff usually isn't as stable for the long haul. We'll take the remote over a smart phone to control the fireplace. We are excited to get the framing built and installed in the New Year. Thank yoU!”

“One of THE most realistic electric fireplace I've ever seen. Have owned Napoleon brand gas fireplaces in the past, and trust the name. So why not give their electric fireplace a try. Although beautiful and easy to install, the heat output is designed for a small room so don't expect it to heat your large open living room, because it won't. It's primary used for aesthetics.”
