“I’ve installed 3 electric fireplaces in the past year, all purchased from EFP. They arrived quickly, ordering was seamless and installation was a breeze. We especially enjoy the 5,000 & 10,000 btu heaters on cold Wisconsin nights. Electric is better than I ever anticipated.”

“We ordered the Modern Flames Orion 52” Slim electric fireplace from Electric Fireplaces Plus on Thursday, and by Monday evening we were already enjoying the warm glow of a fire. The shipping and overall experience were excellent. The flame effect is very realistic, and it creates a true fireplace atmosphere without the hassle. The heater is perfect for Southwest Florida—it takes the chill off when we want a little warmth without having to turn on our main heat. And just as important, it’s great that we can enjoy the look of a fire with no heat at all whenever we want the ambiance. This unit replaced an unvented propane fireplace that we stopped using because the fumes caused headaches whenever it was on. The Orion has been a complete upgrade in comfort and usability. We are extremely happy with both the fireplace and Electric Fireplaces Plus, and we would absolutely recommend them.”

The fireplace comes in a well packed container/package to prevent any damage. There are cheaper fireplaces in the market but you pay for what you get- great quality and finish!”

“We love our new electric fireplace! It is beautiful, has a variety of features and puts out a good amount of heat. Our only complaint is that the trim kit didn’t arrive with the fireplace, so we couldn’t fully install it for several days. It was fairly easy to assemble and install.”

“The Orion-Multi 60 is perfect. Replaced our old unused wood fireplace insert with this modern electric fireplace. We built the custom console around it to allow for the 3 faced view and hooked it up to a dedicated 240V breaker. The heat output it excellent as a supplemental room heater. The flames are very realistic looking. The logs and ember bed are fantastic. The crackling sound is divine and peaceful. Love sitting by the warm glow of this fireplace in the morning sipping on my lattes. Electricfireplacesplus were a delight to work with. The shipped and delivered the item ahead of expected schedule. I worked with Tyler from sales who answered all my queries promptly. Thank you!”

“Received fireplace logs as scheduled by UPS and manufacturer’s packing was excellent. Very easy to install and plugged in after reading installation instructions. Everything works perfectly. “The Napoleon Electric fireplace Log Set is a great replacement for existing fireplace boxes. We built a home with a propane vent free firebox and the fumes from the vent free system bothered some family members so we decided to convert the system to electric. The Napoleon log system was well packaged and easy to install. The electric heater does a decent job of heating our family room and is noticeable when activated. We are very happy with the decision to replace the gas log set with this product.”
