“I was notified of the delivery in advance , and given instruction on what to do if damaged. I appreciated that. My ONLY comcsrn is the unit will not be installed for 30 days, and have no way to check operation.”

“I recently purchased the Inception Simplifire electric fireplace with the mantle kit, which was the nicest one by far of all the ones I have seen. Extremely realistic flame and the mantle kit is classy and can be painted as you choose to suit your decor. I called many dealers, and Electric Fireplaces Plus gave me the best trade price (I'm a design professional). Currently, I'm in the process of setting my unit up, and while I have high hopes, there've been a few glitches that could have been smoother had I been informed by the sales team about what's involved in the setup. We easily assembled the mantle, which was fairly straightforward. However, when we went to set up the electrical portion, which I was told can easily plug into a standard outlet, it was more complicated. The unit requires a dedicated 220v circuit to run the heating portion, which requires hiring an electrician. Also, the plug itself does not come connected and requires wiring. I called for tech support and was told I should have a licensed electrician do this as well. Basically, I'm excited to actually be able to use the unit, but am disappointed that it requires hiring professionals and running extra electrical lines - this was not what I was told. I will update the reveiw once it's up and running.”

“The color is as expected and it was easy to assemble. The flame size is perfect, keeps my wife warm and that’s a win. We’ve has a couple enjoyable evenings sitting out by the lake. See swans in the background!”

“The Fire Table was exactly what we wanted and looks great on our patio Delivery was on time and everything can bundled together. Only small problem was the table cover was for a larger model I am in the process of exchanging the cover for the correct size”

“I have the Illusion 20" set which works fine, however,we don't care for the reflective plexiglass at all as it shows a mirrorlike reflection if any lamps are on in the room..”

“We ordered the fireplace and it was shipped out in less than a week's time it's okay fireplace insert but it's not the best one we've ever seen it works and puts out some heat and that's all we wanted.”

“I have only turned on the logs a couple of times and so far I like the affect. The only thing I don't like is the 180 degree plastic part that goes in the middle of the logs to give it the deep effect, you can see it without looking very hard. It would be much better if it was a bit larger so you couldn't tell it was there. I don't know how long the LED lights will last.”

“They are great to work with. Pricing is very good and they respond when you call. We had an issue with shipping, fireplace was a few days late. They tried to fix, just couldn't get it here when promised.”
