We are still a few weeks from installation, so that will be the true test…The product is shipped inside two boxes, the outside box showed no damage but the inner box had a large hole in the center. I looked over the unit as best I could and did not see any damage. I will be on pins and needles till it is installed and hopefully working as designed.
