“Ordered over the weekend before Thanksgiving. Arrived on Black Friday. That is super fast during the week of Thanksgiving. Everything was as I expected. If you’re not looking directly at the light reflection just to want to argue that it’s not a real flame, it’s the same effect as a real flame. Heater is nice touch. It looks really great and I’m very satisfied. They also had a Black Friday sale the week I bought it, so my long home improvement project paid off in savings on this unit.”

“I have been looking at the Dimplex Ignite XL for about a year. When I got really serious about my purchase, I did a deep dive into pricing and availability. Electric Fireplaces Plus had the best pricing and shipped immediately. My fireplace arrived within a couple of days, in perfect condition. I bought this unit because of the function and reputation of the design and the brand. We are currently building out a floor to cieling box so that we can recess the unit into the wall so that it appears even deeper. The heating feature was very attractive, and frankly, the lack of smart features was very appealing. The last thing we wanted were more signals in our home, and the techie stuff usually isn't as stable for the long haul. We'll take the remote over a smart phone to control the fireplace. We are excited to get the framing built and installed in the New Year. Thank yoU!”

“One of THE most realistic electric fireplace I've ever seen. Have owned Napoleon brand gas fireplaces in the past, and trust the name. So why not give their electric fireplace a try. Although beautiful and easy to install, the heat output is designed for a small room so don't expect it to heat your large open living room, because it won't. It's primary used for aesthetics.”

“So excited to get the fireplace earlier than expected. I was leaving town and didn’t want it outside for 2 weeks. Carrier called me and arranged day and time for delivery which they did. “My experience with Electric Fireplaces Plus has been nothing but stellar when it comes to their service and support. In short, I recd a defective fireplace (it sometimes happens with electronics) and reached out to their support team. They provided great support in the return of the original fireplace and isnt that what you want in those times? Because the unit was defective, I could have taken my refund and just purchased somewhere else but because the service experience was so good, I bought the replacement from them as well. Thats how much I appreciated their support.”
