Beautiful fireplace insert and very realistic looking fire. After reading reviews we used a black sharpie around the edge of the plastic flame panel to make it blend in and it worked! Also placed an echo dot inside the fireplace grate so we can ask Alexa to”play crackling fire sound”. Easy set up since we have an electric outlet inside our fireplace.
