We love our new electric fireplace. It is beautiful and produces real warmth in our living room. It could not have been easier to install: you just plug it in, insert the plexiglass in the grooves, and connect the cinder attachment. It is easy to operate with remote control. It cost us about one-tenth what a gas fireplace would have cost and does not require venting, meaning we do not have to pin the flue open and bring cold air into the house. It was delivered just four days after we orderered it. We give it our highest recommendation!
