I was very impressed with our purchase. After it shipped, I expected it to be a few days for the large package to get to us. Nope. The same day, the delivery company called me to schedule to deliver the next morning. They showed up right at the scheduled time and then delivered the pallet to the location I wanted it. Electric Fireplaces Plus had the absolute best price compared to all other sites I checked and free delivery. It was an awesome purchase. We love the modern flame!
