Great Company very Helpful and Professional Working with Tyler was wonderful NOW Woodland 27 inch fire logs are not 27 inches I had an engineer A contractor Electrician and Me which I measured 7 times We all measured 24 inches what a disappointment I’m not the type to complain but Woodland 27 inch fireplace is not 27 the diagram they give you does not work out to 27 inches I woodland sent me a new set of 27 inch logs and they were also 24 inches I just feel this is a little bit of false advertising Like Subway and the amount of meat they put on your sandwich I am again very disappointed with Woodland or whatever Company made them so all you customers measure your 27 inch logs and tell me if I am wrong because I am baffled TY Tom C
