Overall very happy. Delivered in the time frame they promised. It was well packaged and arrived without damage. Install was pretty easy. I was having a lot of electrical work done so I ended up having him hardwire it while he was around and he installed a wall switch. I like that the wall switch turns it back on to the previous mode so you don’t have to switch it every time you turn it off. Some mentioned the fan being loud but I don’t think it’s much louder than any other fireplace heater fans I’ve had. It def looks good for an electric fireplace, it’ll never replace a real flame, but it does a good job.
