I was hesitant to order from Electric Fireplaces Plus because they were close to 30% lower than everywhere I looked, including Amazon. I was concerned that I might be getting refurbished or knock off product. My order shipped in a day and was exactly as ordered. I'll be looking here first for any any future fireplace orders.
