We ordered a set of Dimplex logs and needed them quick for a str cabin in TN, Electric Fireplaces Plus was amazing we ordered it on Wednesdayand it was shipped out the same day and we received it on Friday in time to install while we were at the cabin. I can't say enough about the service we received and would order again
