Spent over £1000 three years ago on a large oven and a combo microwave. Used the hot air oven feature of the microwave for very first time yesterday and after two hours cooling down, it literally just shattered the glass door all over the kitchen. Thank god the grandkids were in the lounge and kitchen was empty ! Customer service don’t want to know anx offered zero help or compensation. No spares available.
A £600 microwave written off because of no spares?? No compensation toward another innit?? Nothing.
Small claims court here I come.
