All my mugs have crazed, customer services won't replace any of them.
I've been collecting since the mid 80's when the company started, the early pieces are truly collectable and this has not happened to them.
Unfortunately the modern, mass produced items all craze. Everyone I know has crazed mugs and plates!
Sadly I won't buy any more pieces as this is clearly a feature of them.
Other pottery i collect does not craze.
The items are expensive and do not last.
