I’ve been facing a continuous issue with the return of my product (a pair of shoes 👠). It’s been over a month now, and no one has come to collect the item.
The product was delivered to the correct address, but the pickup is being scheduled at a different location, despite my notifications. On top of that, the delivery person gives a missed call and marks the pickup as failed, stating that no one was available at the location—this is not true.
I’ve been trying to resolve this for more than a month now. If you are not able or willing to collect the product, kindly process a refund at the earliest.
