The shoes were stored properly in the original box with silica packets, so this appears to be a defective product or poor storage conditions before purchase. “I’ve been waiting since December 1 for 6th Street and their partner Vamos to pick up my package still nothing. The delivery team showed up two days ago without any prior notice and just left without completing the pickup. Now, whenever I call customer care, I’m automatically disconnected after an IVR message says, “We’re looking into your case.” This kind of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed, I strongly urge others to think twice before using 6th Street.”

“I’ve been facing a continuous issue with the return of my product (a pair of shoes 👠). It’s been over a month now, and no one has come to collect the item.
The product was delivered to the correct address, but the pickup is being scheduled at a different location, despite my notifications. On top of that, the delivery person gives a missed call and marks the pickup as failed, stating that no one was available at the location—this is not true.
I’ve been trying to resolve this for more than a month now. If you are not able or willing to collect the product, kindly process a refund at the earliest.

When I reached out to request a refund, they flat-out refused, offering no reasonable solution to address the issue. It’s unacceptable to pay for what should be premium products and receive such low-quality items, along with appalling customer service.
