"I\u2019ve been facing a continuous issue with the return of my product (a pair of shoes \ud83d\udc60). It\u2019s been over a month now, and no one has come to collect the item.\r\n\r\nThe product was delivered to the correct address, but the pickup is being scheduled at a different location, despite my notifications. On top of that, the delivery person gives a missed call and marks the pickup as failed, stating that no one was available at the location\u2014this is not true.\r\n\r\nI\u2019ve been trying to resolve this for more than a month now. If you are not able or willing to collect the product, kindly process a refund at the earliest.\r\n\r\nLooking forward to a quick resolution."

When I reached out to request a refund, they flat-out refused, offering no reasonable solution to address the issue. "If you want to buy from 6th Street, please rethink your options \r\nI bought Avene cream online from them and I received expired item, then when I returned it I optioned for refund. They didn\u2019t refund my money saying that the problem is from the bank and I think they will never refund it\r\nWHAT A THEIF COMPANY!"
