Placed an order with them, as I have done many times in the past 6 years or so but usually I only buy shoes. Anyway in this case I bought £200 worth of items and the package did not show up. I immediately took the necessary steps to try to locate my package and the courier. I also contacted end and they advised me to do the same, I was unable to locate this package and emailed end clothing again. I was contacted by Matthew Haris from end clothing, this is what he said “This investigation will consist of the driver being interviewed and returning to the delivery address, to confirm where and to whom this was delivered so the parcel can be recovered. They will also check the GPS location of the driver so he can return to the location to resolve. This investigation can take up to 5 working days to complete, however the courier will provide us with regular updates throughout which will be forwarded to you as and when we receive them.” After not hearing anything back from them and having to CHASE THEM UP 12 days later Matthew responds with “ Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing a longer time frame than initially advised which I can only apologise for, but this is completely beyond our control at this stage.” So now I’m waiting indefinitely because no time frame was given to me, bear in mind there is a time limit on how long I have to raise a dispute with the courier. After chasing them for another 7 days from this email they eventually made the decision to not refund me, this was during the first COVID 19 pandemic and lockdown of 2020, there was limited services as well as huge financial pressure on myself during these unprecedented times. I was briskly told to take it up with the police or courier services now as this was my only option. Matthew haris took so long dealing with this that I was unable to raise a dispute with the courier services, as the time frame from when the delivery had been made has passed. I’ve spent over thousands of pounds at this store over the years. Customers could never be valuable to a company that sells face masks for £89 to be honest. You will find attached communications and the picture dpd have used as a confirmation of delivery. There are 300 flats in my block with the same door.
