2. reply on emails after 10 days and 3 reminders
3. return shipping cost (30 EUR from europe at customers expense although it was a mistake on ENDs side.
4. They provided me with incorrect return address via email so that they can extend the whole discussion.

5. They initiate a Customs (Tax) Service from FED Ex and Fed Ex will send you a BILL not just for Tax also for additional FedEx service that END has booked for YOU at your expense
