END sent me the wrong item, and I paid 25$ in duties/taxes for the wrong item. I sent it back and a support agent from END promised that they would refund the duties/taxes I paid. AFTER they received my item back, they suddenly told me they couldn't refund me anymore. I had email proof from their support email. This company does not honor their promises, and clearly returning something, EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, is still a headache with them. I would stay away from this company if possible.
