I've been a customer for years and never had any issues until now.
I recently returned a number of items and got refunded incorrectly - Liam Cervantes from customer service has refused to look into it, despite me sending proof that the refund was indeed incorrect (I actually have one of the items with me, so it is IMPOSSIBLE that it could have got processed by the returns team and therefore prooves they are lying).
If any of your products goes mysteriously missing in a return you will have to accept the losses so be wary of this if you're trying on multiple items.
