Won a raffle. I get a email that my package was shipped and delivered. I reach out to customer service about my missing package. They start a line of questioning about if it was stolen. Then demand I go to authorities and get a police report before they’ll help. I then get a call from fedex that package was never shipped and was signed for my End employee. Then story changed to tariffs and they couldn’t actually ship. Still never refunded. That required another email. Just bad experience start to finish.
