Returned Items lost by store/warehouse in transit. No Refund Issued. Avoid this company.
I am extremely frustrated with my experience dealing with endclothing.com. I returned multiple items from two separate orders (which I had bought online on their website) to their Central London store on August 11 and 14 respectively. All items were handed directly to store staff, who inspected them, took photographs, and issued email confirmations, which I received immediately. I also personally photographed some of the items during the return.
Despite this, I have still not received refunds for most of the items. When I contacted customer service, I was told there is “no record” of my returned items, and therefore, they cannot process the refund. This is completely false and unacceptable given the store’s own photographic evidence, email confirmations, and the fact that the items were physically returned in-store.
I was even advised to check with Royal Mail, which is irrelevant since the items were never posted. Customer service has been unhelpful, inconsistent, and dismissive, leaving me out of pocket and extremely frustrated.
For a store that claims to have a reliable returns process, this experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. I strongly caution others before shopping here and urge the company to take responsibility and resolve these issues promptly.
