Extremely lousy customer service!
Won the ballot for a newly launch sneakers, took my payment and then just simply sent me an email after 5 days to inform me that they will refund my payment. And only when I replied to the email asking for the reason for the refund...then they told me it’s a stock error! How disappointing and disgusting is that and to think that I have bought thousand of dollars of products from them over the past 2 years!
Never order from End Clothing ever again!
